The Peradeniya Botanical Garden is located in the city of Kandy in the Central Province of Sri lanka.It is about 16 km away from our house.It is a very beautiful,attractive and calm place😍🍃

• There are about 4000 species of plants in this botanical garden.
• It has 147 acres of land.
• It is located 460 meters above sea level🌊
• The history of this garden dates back to the 14th century, the time of King Vikrambhahu III🤴
• This king built a royal residence in this place in 1371.
• Later, King Keerthi Sri Rajasingha created it as a garden and in 1821 the British turned it as a botanical garden.

This botanical garden is a popular place among locals as well as foreigners.Many local and foreign people, school children come to see this garden.This place is suitable to spend several hours to relaxing our mind because it has a beautiful environment🥰🍃If you think it is difficult to walk long distances in this park,you can take an electric buggy for a fee and travel to see the beauty.
